ECCC’s mission is to support and advocate for the ministry and vitality of Episcopal Camps and Conference Centers.
Our Annual Conference gathers leaders from across The Episcopal Church for a time of professional development and inspiration.
You are invited to make an impact with our members by showcasing your organization as a sponsor and exhibitor at this year’s gathering. Join us at our conference to build relationships, promote your products and services, learn from our members, and build your organization or business’s brand awareness.
The Exhibit Hall is open on Monday and Tuesday of the conference. There is dedicated schedule time on Monday evening when participants are invited to play Exhibit Hall Trivia to encourage high traffic engagement.

Every Sponsorship Level Package includes:
Your organization’s logo and blurb featured on the ECCC website, conference email newsletter, social media, and conference app.
A promotional item in the conference swag bag. Items must arrive before conference check-in opens.
A listing in the ECCC Buyers Guide distributed to Member Centers annually.

How many people attended the last conference?
In 2025, we welcomed almost 150 attendees, representing 60 Episcopal camps and conference centers.
When can I set up my booth?
The Exhibit Hall is available as early as Sunday evening but doesn’t officially open until Monday at 10:30am.
What are the exhibit hall hours?
Monday, January 26, from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm and Tuesday, January 27 from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm.
What is included with the booth?
A booth includes with one 6’ table and two chairs as well as electricity and wi-fi access.
When can I start shipping my Booth materials & Swag Bag Promo Materials?
Exhibitors should plan to ship any materials between January 1-15, 2026 in order for them to arrive on time. Materials can be sent to:

Return shipping is available for exhibit hall materials through UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
How many badges come with my booth?
You will receive the number of name badges indicated in the table under Commuter Registration.
Is there housing available for exhibitors at Barbara C. Harris Center?
Due to limited housing space, we request that Exhibitors plan to stay off-site unless you plan to be a full participant for the duration of conference programming. Your sponsorship package includes Commuter Registration. Commuter Registration includes all meals, snacks, and evening socials during the conference but does not include lodging. We are coordinating discounts with local lodging venues and will provide this information when we are able to.
Which airport should I use for conference travel?
Manchester (MHT) is about 50 min.; 35 miles and Boston Logan (BOS) is about 90 min.; 75 miles from Barbara C. Harris Center. We are advising participants to fly through MHT if they would like to take advantage of our conference shuttle. Airport shuttle is available for Saturday arrivals and Friday departures, sign up through conference registration.
What if I don’t know who will attending to my booth when I fill out the Pledge form?
You will be asked to submit the names of your booth attendants by January 15 with the balance of your sponsorship fees.
Will ECCC share the conference participant contact information with sponsors?
No, we don’t share our participant or member information but we would be happy to communicate appropriate information from our sponsors and exhibitors through our own communication channels.
What is the payment timeline for sponsorship?
The balance for sponsorship packages is due no later than January 15, 2026.
What if I decide to change my sponsorship level?
If you would like to change your sponsorship level after filling out the sponsorship pledge form please email info@episcopalccc.org
Can I stay for the entire conference, even when the exhibit hall is closed?
Yes. Over the years our exhibitors and sponsors have built wonderful relationships with our participants.
What is the appropriate dress for the conference?
Casual and comfortable.
